Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG und hat Fahrstuhlzugang. Sie besteht aus 3 Zimmern.
Das Zimmer liegt zwischen dem Eingang der Wohnung und meinem Zimmer. Es hat Nordseite und das Fenster zeigt in den Innenhof.
Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Balkon, auf welchem, bei Bedarf, geraucht werden kann.
Das Endstück des Flures wurde zu einem Kleiderschrank umfunktioniert, welcher mitgenutzt werden kann.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne.
Große Teile der Wohnung sind minimalistisch möbliert. Wenn von dir aus Interesse besteht, können wir sie aber gern dekorieren :) .
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has 3 rooms and access to an elevator.
Your room lies between the entrance of the apartment and my room. The window faces the inner courtyard.
The living room has a balcony where you can smoke.
The end of the hallway was converted into a wardrobe/storage space, which you can use aswell.
There is a bathtub in the bathroom.
Large parts of the apartment are furnished in a minimalist style. If you're interested, I am more than happy to decorate it with you :) .
Das Haus ist ein Plattenbau aus den 80ern, welcher bis vor kurzem saniert wurde.
Bis auf den mittäglichen Berufsverkehr ist es relativ ruhig.
Verkehrsanbindung:
Es gibt sehr wenige Parkmöglichkeiten.
Man benötigt maximal 3 Minuten zum U-Bahnhof Märkisches Museum (U2), 8 Minuten zum U-Bahnhof Heinrich-Heine-Straße (U8) und 15 Minuten zum S-Bahnhof Jannowitzbrücke (S3,S5,S7,S9).
Zu Fuß sind es ungefähr 15 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz.
Vor der Haustür fahren Busse Richtung Leopoldplatz(147), Müggelsee(165) und Schöneweide(265).
Man kommt auch nachts von fast überall gut nach Hause.

Es gibt vereinzelt Cafes und Restaurants, eine größere Auswahl findet man allerdings in Kreuzberg (teils fußläufig), dort sind dann auch Bars und Kneipen vorzufinden.
The apartment building is a 'Plattenbau' from the 80s and was recently renovated.
Except for the midday rush hour, it's relatively quiet.

3 minutes away is the Spree and they are many small and medium sized parks in the area.
There are a few cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs, but there is a larger selection in Kreuzberg (partly within walking distance).
Wenn ich zu Hause bin, verbringe ich, gezwungenermaßen, einen Großteil meiner Zeit vor dem Computer, bin aber die meiste Zeit ansprechbar. Ich quatsche sehr gern, kann mich aber auch stundenlang stoisch in meine Arbeit/Hobbies vertiefen. Wenn es die Zeit hergibt, bin ich jederzeit bereit über Gott und die Welt zu reden.
Ich suche einen ruhigen rücksichtsvollen Menschen, der aber auch ab und an soziale Interaktionen zu schätzen weiß.
Besuch von Freunden oder Partnern ist okay, solange diese sich nicht zu einem weiteren Mitbewohner entwickeln.
In solchen Fällen, aber auch im allgemeinen, ist mir klare Kommunikation sehr wichtig.
