Die Wohnung verfügt über drei große Zimmer, ein Bad (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine), einen Balkon, eine Wohnküche (mit Geschirrspüler) sowie einen Abstellraum. Alle zwei Wochen kommt die Putzfrau zum Reinigen der Gemeinschaftsräume (Im Mietpreis enthalten).

A quiet room (side street) in a typical Berlin Altbau bulduing with wooden floorboards is waiting for you. The apartment has three large rooms, a bathroom (with bathtub and laundry machine), a balcony, a kitchen-dining room (with dishwasher) and a storage room. Every two weeks the cleaning lady comes to clean the common areas (included in the rent).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Rostocker Straße in Moabit an der Grenze zu Charlottenburg. Die Ringbahn ist zu Fuß in 3 min zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich der Plötzensee, die Turmstraße und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The apartment is located in Rostocker Straße in Moabit on the border to Charlottenburg. The Ringbahn (S-Beusselstaße) can be reached on foot in 3 min. In the immediate vicinity are the Plötzensee (Swim), the Turmstraße (Dine) and various shopping facilities (Survive).
Die verbleibenden zwei Mitbewohner sind beide nach dem Studium nach Berlin gekommen und sind inzwischen gute Freunde. Wir freuen uns auf ein aktives WG-Leben, aber wir respektieren auch, wenn du Zeit für dich brauchst.

Da wir beide Vollzeit arbeiten, bitten wir dich, dies zu respektieren und erwarten, dass du ebenfalls einen halbwegs geregelten Tagesablauf hast. Ansonsten haben wir keine besonderen Anforderungen wie vegane Ernährung, Klima Neutralität oder bestimmte politische Einstellungen. Es wäre trotzdem hilfreich, wenn deine Nachricht ein paar Sätze über dich beinhaltet. Einen Link zum Instagram Profil würde uns natürlich helfen. Am liebsten wäre uns eine Person zwischen 25-30 die neu nach Berlin zieht.

The remaining two roommates both came to Berlin after graduation and are now good friends. We are looking forward to an active WG-life, but we also respect if you need time for yourself.

Since we both work full time, we ask that you respect this and expect you to have a reasonably regulated daily schedule as well. Beside that we don't have any special requirements like vegan nutrition, climate neutrality or certain political attitudes. It would still be helpful if your message contains a few sentences about you. A link to your Instagram profile would of course help us as well. We would prefer a person between 25-30 who is newly moving to Berlin.

Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Da wir schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben, müssen wir leider auch auf einen SCHUFA (request now) -/ Einkommensnachweis bestehen.

The rent is 600 EUR including heating and water supply. Additionaly there are about 70 EUR for electricity, internet and GEZ.
Since we have had some bad experiences, we must unfortunately also insist on a SCHUFA (request now) / proof of income.
