Das Zimmer wird vollmöbliert übergeben. Es ist dafür KEIN Abstand zu zahlen, das ist in der Miete inbegriffen. Die Möbel sind alle neu und wurden erst im August 2018 gekauft. Das Zimmer ist sehr sonnig und hat einen tollen Ausblick.
Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über eine Loggia, neue Küche und 2 Badezimmer. Auch ist eine Trockner-Waschkombi dabei. Die Wohnung wurde auch erst im August 2018 neu gebaut.
In 3 Minuten Gehweg befindet sich die Haltestelle des 123 Bus. In 15 Minuten zu Fuß kann man jedoch auch schon am Hauptbahnhof sein. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich auch in 5 Minuten Gehweg.
Ich lebe derzeit mit 3 Männern in einer WG. Wir nehmen in der WG sehr viel Rücksicht aufeinander und kommen sehr gut aus. Meistens sind wir viel unterwegs jedoch plaudern wir auch mal ab und zu gern mal.
Bitte nur bewerben, wenn du zwischen 19-40 Jahren bist und einen Job hast (am besten ist es dein erster Job). Hier handelt es sich um ein Co-Living-Konzept, wo vor allem Young Professionells genommen werden. Deswegen ist auch Schufa (request now) nicht notwendig.
Im Preis ist wirklich alles enthalten. Internet, Heizung, Strom und eine Putzfrau, die einmal in der Woche kommt.
Und das Zimmer kann zu jederzeit übernommen werden. Ich bin flexibel mit dem Auszugsdatum.
