Ich beziehe das Zimmer selber erst gerade, deswegen gibt es derzeit hier noch keine Bilder. Es wird jedoch voll eingerichtet und gemütlich sein. Da ich nun erstmal bis Ende August im Ausland bin, würde ich das Zimmer gerne untervertmieten. Es hat eine West Ausrichtung zum Innenhof und ist hell und ruhig. Die Wohnung verfügt noch über ein weiteres Zimmer mit Balkon und einer großzügigen Küche und einem innenliegenden Badezimmer.

Die Lage ist der Wohnung liegt mitten in Moabit. Die Turmstraße ist vom Fenster aus zu sehen und bietet viele gute Essens und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Sowohl Parkflächen als auch der Uferbereich an der Spree liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Bahn Linie U9 liegt fußläufig in 3 min erreichbar auch sehr nah an der Wohnung.
Du würdest die Zeit mit Sina zusammen ziehen. Er ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert Architektur und ein sehr offener freundlicher Mensch und ein perfekter Mitbewohner. Er ist selber wahrscheinlich nicht die Ganze Zeit da- das müsste man aber dann nochmal spontan klären.

WLAN- Wir bemühen uns so schnell wie möglich einen Router zu bestellen und einzurichten, es kann nur sein, dass du die erste Zeit ohne Wlan auskommen müsstest.
