Hello everyone!
there is a room to rent in our appartment and due to late cancel it is avaible from NOW.
We are near Sbahn Kollnische Heide.
We are atm 3 ppl: one girl (39) and two nice boys (27 and 31). We are easy going, like to hang out from time to time together but have all our independent lives. We work (some of us in shifts). Some of us smoke (in kitchen or on balcony, if you want you can smoke in your room).
Sadly there is a lot of paper work involved for our landlord so we need to have an evidence of regular income and Schufa (request now) . Thats why we look for someone who has a regular job. The plus is - you get directly into Miete contract and you are safe and protected.
We look for someone to stay with us for good and bad (I mean for longer).
The room is not furnished. The few one on pics are about to be taken away (in case you want them to stay you can talk to the former Flatmate).
Sorry for the quality of pics, apparently im not that great photographer as I thought. They are raw but at least true.

next to Kollnische Hiede sbahn, good parking possibilites.
Alicja 39 comes from Poland, works in sweets industry, in the free time goes to museums, reads classics and dance on a pole.
Leon 27 is a german fresh art history graduate in his free time plays Bike Polo and reads even more classic literature then Alicja.
Anton 31 is german and 1/4 spanisch, biology and english teacher, right now working in a casino as a Croupier and likes to go out with his friends in his free time.
Tomorrow Friday the 1,from 13 on, I (Alicja) am avaible to show the flat to who is interested.
420 e miete, 600 deposit 75 for previous flatmate for the fridge (is hugde and new).
