Hi there,
I am leaving my room for January and February – and am looking for good substitute for the two months.
This is a very friendly WG, it is like a family to me so I am looking for someone willing to socialise and be active part of this small community of 9 humans living together. We sometimes cook together, do movie nights or go out. But no worries about withdrawing in your room or with your headphones, we really value solo time too. And also during the week most of us work.
The room: Everything you need within 14 sqm. Theres a bed, some storage and a desk to work. Bedsheets and duvet cover are not provided. Mattress 140x200, Duvet 200x200.
The flat: I mean where do I start: There’s a big kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 fridges and a big terrace for common use with access to the roof with a stunning view over Berlin. (We're living on the fifth floor) And you'll have your private terrace which you can see on the pictures.
The rent and deposit: The rent is 510 euro per month all included and you will need to pay both months upfront and 500 euro deposit which will be given back to you on March 1st.
Please write only if you are interested in sharing a home, this is not a Zweck wg.
We're happy to hear from you!!!
Registration is not possible as this is a sublet.
Schufa (request now) is not needed.
The U7 and the Ringbahn (S-Neukölln) is just nextdoor. So you'll be (almost) everywhere in town fairly quickly. Apart from that there's bars, restaurants and shops just around the corner.
