This flat is in a quiet house lived by families.
It is available from the 19th to the 24th of March
The rent price is for one person :150€
We are looking for someone who likes animals and knows how to take care of a friendly cat and a cute flat.
Please reply only if you have experience looking after a cat and are willing to take this responsibility meaning cleaning its litter, feeding him daily, sleeping with it ;-) thanks

The flat is in Alt Treptow which is basically at the end of Görlitzer Park between Kreuzberg and Neukölln.
You can walk 12 minutes to Treptower Park S41/S42/S9 - ring bahn or get a bus just outside the house to Neukölln - it takes 12 minutes by bus to Rathaus Neukölln U7.
There are NETTO, EDEKA and a big shopping center with REAL , ROSSMAN and MEDIAMARKT just 5 minutes walk from the house
It's a familiar place - all the neighbours have kids so this is not suitable for house parties.
We are looking for a reliable person to look after our cat and our home. Please reply only if you are willing to take this responsibility ;-) thanks
