The room is very cozy and bright, the windows has a view on the courtyard, with trees.
There's a loft bed, which creates more space in the room, there is a sofa, a cupboard and a bookshelf.
The location is perfect because it's 3 minutes walking distance to the SBAHN-UBAHN Neukölln, which is connected with the Ring.
Supermarkets are all around, Penny, Real, Aldi and BioMarket. Also nice cafes.
Richardstraße and Rixdorf are 1 minute walking distance.
My current flatmates are super nice, Felix, spanish, is an architect and Deshe comes from the States and he's an English teacher. We watch films together and sometimes we cook together but everyone also enjoys the privacy.
We're welcome to all kind of nice people. As I wrote the room is available until the end of January because we're giving up the contract, but if the new tenant is interest can also ask to take on the contract and become the hauptmieter (that requires a work contract, regular income and Schufa (request now) ).
