Hey Leute ich biete ein 12 qm großes Zimmer zur Miete an(unmöbliert! - lasst euch nicht von den Bildern täuschen, die dienen nur als kleinen Anreiz wie man es sich einrichten könnte). Die gesamte Wohnung umfasst ca. 65 qm und liegt zum Innenhof im 1.OG, weshalb Sie zum einen sehr ruhig aber auf der anderen Seite leider auch keine zum stundenlangen Sonnen genießen ist :(. Aber keine Angst die gesamte Wohnung ist dennoch ausreichend tagesbelichtet.
Das kaputte Fenster wird vor Einzug noch repariert!

Hey guys I am offering a 12 sqm room for rent(unfurnished). The entire apartment is about 65 sqm and is located to the courtyard on the 1st floor. That s why it is very quiet on the one hand, but on the other hand not to enjoy hours of sun :(. But do not worry the entire apartment is still sufficiently bright.
The broken window will be fixed before moving in!
Die Wohnung liegt im im Weserkiez in Neukölln unmittelbar in der Nähe des Kanals wo man, um es kurz zu halten, alles findet worauf ihr Lust habt. Die Wohnung an sich liegt nicht unmittelbar im Mittelpunkt der Weserstraße, wodurch es glücklicherweise eher weniger überlaufen ist als in den bekannten Ecken der Weserstraße.
Außerdem sind Parks wie Görli/Treptower Park und das Tempelhofer Feld allesamt zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die nächste Anbindung Geygerstraße (M41) liegt etwa 3min entfernt. S-Bahn Sonnenallee(Ring) und U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Straße(U7) sind beide ca. 10 min Fußweg entfernt.

The apartment is located in the Weserkiez in Neukölln right near the canal where you can find everything you want. The apartment itself is not directly in the center of Weserstraße, which makes it fortunately rather less crowded than in the common corners of Weserstraße.
In addition, parks like Görli/Treptower Park and Tempelhofer Feld are all within a short walk.
The closest station Geygerstraße (M41) is about 3min away. S-Bahn Sonnenallee(Ring) and U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Straße(U7) are both about 10 min walk.
Nun ein kurzes Intro zu mir: Ich studiere Medientechnik an der TU Berlin, wodurch ich im (Normalfall!) die meiste Zeit unter der Woche in der Uni verbringe. Gegen Nachmittag/Abend und am Wochenende verbringe ich die Zeit am liebsten mit den üblichen Aktivitäten wie Kochen, Sport und Tischtennis zocken, Lesen, in Bars abhängen oder in Clubs gehen. Bin aber auch froh mal ein paar Stunden für mich zu haben.
Außerdem lege ich regelmäßig mit Freunden zuhause auf(Musikrichtung: Techno, Electro, House, Breaks). Was so viel bedeutet, dass man keine grundlegende Abneigung gegenüber elektronischer Musik haben sollte oder am Besten gleich die selbe Leidenschaft teilt. :)
Da die Wohnung leider kein Balkon hat wird in der Küche am Fenster geraucht.
Schreibt gerne etwas über euch. Dann würde ich vorschlagen, dass man sich am Besten persönlich kennenlernt.

I am studying media engineering at the TU Berlin, which means that I spend most the time at the university during the week. In the afternoons/evenings and on weekends I like to spend my time with the usual activities like cooking, playing sports and table tennis, reading, hanging out in bars or going to clubs. But I'm also happy to have a few hours to myself.
I also regularly DJ with friends at home (music genre: techno, electro, house, breaks). Which means that you should not have a fundamental aversion to electronic music or even better share the same passion :)
Since the apartment unfortunately has no balcony, it is ok smoking cigarettes in the kitchen out of the window.
