Organizational it would be nice to have SCHUFA (request now) but not obligatory and for sure some work (last 3 payslips) or at least university contract, then with additional statemet for example from parents that they legally take responsibility for unpaid months.
I had recently troubles with previous flatmate and because of that kept the description short and without a picture but send me a message (most willingly with IG or if you do not have whatsapp number) and I will write more about myself and send all apartment pictures:)

Fully furnished cosy room, windows viewing the street but it is really quiet when they are closed. There is a big wardrobe, a sofa that can be made into a bad for two people, a fatboy and bookshelf.
There is a high speed wifi and also the apartment is really silent. Whole apartment is around 60m2, and the room at least 12, I do not have exact measurements so prefered to downsize it a bit then other way round.
15 minutes by walk to Treptower park or Rathaus Neukolln. Nice area near the canal with a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes. Bus stop is in front of the building entrance.
It is important to me to keep the apartment clean but without any strict schedules;) Everyone can have a busy week or two but to take care of it afterwards.
I just started studies and will likely spend most of my time at home, looking at the amount of material we receive. I do not mind having people over, music etc but because of that also do not want to have a party-WG or such. I cook quite a lot, it would be great if you are vegan/vegeterian. If I have more time I go out to clubs (techno rather harder or bouncy pop remixes), travel somewhere or back to my home country, go for a bike, meet up with friends;)
I hope to have here a safe space for you and anyone visiting so any signs of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia etc are strictly not welcomed and will result in contract termination.
Looking for someone who can move latest on 15/16th of November.
I would like to meet personally and see if we match and then from 9th you could already live here. Would also be possible to bring some belongings over the weekend so you are not in rush.
