Our beloved flatmate is moving out by the end of April. His room is on the smaller side but cozy. It’s definitely more than enough space for one person. The window gets lots of light during the day, and the room is furnished with a double mattress, desk, chair, clothing rack, and dresser. A minimalist's dream.
Our flat is located right in the midst of Neukölln, specifically Rixdorf. We're surrounded by many great parks, pubs, cafés, cinemans, galleries, pingpong tables, spätis and supermarkets. Tempelhofer Feld and Maybachufer can be easily reached by foot and our building is 3 minutes walking distance to the Ringbahn (S 41/S 42) at S-Sonnenallee. Also, the M41 bus is just down the street. .
We’re a flat of 4 international people and we love to have a peaceful place to come home to. Some of us work from here and have quite different lifes and schedules. So it is important to us that our future flatmate is respectful and responsible with cleaning after him or herself. We've had some bad experiences with noisy/messy people so we want to make it extra clear that if you are not looking for a calm and tidy environment, please don't apply. We enjoy chatting and laughing with each other when we meet in the kittchen but will definately take the party outside, because there is always someone working or sleeping or woking on sleeping. lol
