ich bin vom 20.08. bis zum 14.10.22 für einen Forschungsaufenthalt im Ausland und vermiete während der Zeit mein WG Zimmer unter.
Es handelt sich um ein großes (ca. 23m2), schönes, helles, komplett eingerichtetes Zimmer mit 140x200cm Bett, Schreibtisch, Sitzecke mit Café-Tisch, Kleiderschrank etc. (siehe die ersten drei Fotos).
Die Wohnung ist ein typischer Berliner Altbau. Sie ist groß und schön: neben dem Zimmer gibt es noch ein geteiltes Arbeitszimmer (ca. 12m2) und ein Wohnzimmer (ca. 23m2) (siehe viertes Foto) und natürlich Küche (mit Gasherd!) und Badezimmer (mit Badewanne!) (und das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners). Ihr teilt euch die Wohnung mit meinem Mibewo Maxi, 30 Jahre alt, berufstätig als Therapeut und politischer Berater.
Schreibt mir wenn ihr mehr Fotos möchtet oder die Wohnung besichtigen kommen wollt, gerne mit ein paar Worte zu euch. Schreibt mir auch, wenn ihr nur einen Teil der Zeit mieten wollt: mir ist es wichtiger eine verantwortungsvolle Person zu finden, als die gesamte Zeit abzudecken.

Hi,
I’m subletting my room in Neukölln from 20.08.22 until 14.10.22 because I’ll be out of town for a research stay.
My lovely room is about 23m2 and fully furnished (see first three pictures). You’ll share the rest of the flat with my flatmate who works in political consulting. Our flat is a large and beautiful “Altbau”. We have a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, a large bathroom with bathtub, a 25m2 living room (see fourth picture) and a balcony. The flat is conveniently located in Braunschweiger Str., two minutes walking to S-Bahn Neukölln. Rent is 850€/month (bills included).
Drop me a message if you’re interested in pictures and/or would like to come to take a look – even if you’re only interested in renting for part of the period. It’s more important for me to find someone trustworthy than to rent it out for the entire 7 weeks. Also write a couple of sentences about yourself!
1-2 minutes walking to S Neukölln with Ringbahn and U7. --> couldn't be better.

Maxi and I are very close friends. Obviously this is just a short sublet so nothing much is expected of you, only that you're respectful of him during my absence. Maxi works from home a lot during the week, so it's important that you're not noisy. Obviously you should keep things clean and take good care of my stuff while I'm gone. On weekends we like music and to have drinks with friends etc.
