Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, neben dem Bett und Klamotten passt eigentlich nichts mehr rein, daher gibt es im Wohnzimmer noch einen Schreibtisch und eine Ablage für den Bewohner dieses Zimmers. An sich ist es sehr ruhig und durch das Fenster zum Hof kommt frische Luft rein was ich in Neukölln sehr angenehm finde.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 min Laufweg vom S und Ubahnhof Hermannstraße die Anbindung ist also sehr gut, es fahren auch mehrere Buslinien direkt an der Kreutzung ab.
Mit dem Tempelhofer Feld und den Prinzessiningärten ist man auch schnell im Grünen.
Schöne Cafes und coole Bars gibt es auch reichlich.
Da die Küche relativ klein ist und der Arbeitsplatz im Wohnzimmer ist sollten die Personen die zusammen wohnen eine gute Kommunikation haben und kein Problem damit haben schnell hinter sich sauber zu machen. Ansonsten kann man im Wohnzimmer gut zusammen sitzen und eine schöne Zeit haben.
