-Ein schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten, braucht ein wenig zu organisieren, um es ein bisschen bequemer zu machen.
Ich werde entweder den ganzen Monat oder die Hälfte des Monats weg sein. Wenn ich weg bin, steht mir die ganze Wohnung zur Verfügung. Eines der Zimmer ist als Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und kleinem Schreibtisch eingerichtet.
Das andere Zimmer hat ein Schlafsofa, einen großen Esstisch und eine Sitzecke. Wenn ich dort bin, würde ich diesen Raum zum Schlafen nutzen. Ich arbeite meistens vom Büro aus. Ich bin nicht so oft zu Hause, außer an den Wochenenden, an denen ich mich ausruhe. Aber ich bin auch offen für Geselligkeit mit Mitbewohnern.
I will be gone either the whole month or half of the month. When I am gone the whole apartment is available for use. One of the rooms are organised as bedroom with double-bed and wardrobe and small desk.
The other room has a sofa-bed, big dinner table and sitting area. When I am there, I would be using this space for sleeping. I am mostly working from the office. Not so much at home except for some resting weekends. But I am also open for socialising with roommates.
