Im subletting my room starting the 1st or 15th of May till September (flexible dates) in a 5-Person apartment in Urban Base at Öberschoneweide. The room and apartment is very cozy with 2 bathrooms and all the roomates are very chill and easy-going.
The apartment its nerby the HTW and the S Schöneweide and S Karlshorst by tram (10min away)
And these stations are 25/30min away from the city center :)
I’ll leave some usable stuff in the room and some untensils in the kitchen for you to use (some plates, cups, mugs, forks, etc)
I speak mainly spanish so if you speak it too, don’t doubt in sending me a message.
