Hallo,
ich biete befristet ab 1. April ohne Anmeldung für - 8 Wochen, also 2 Monate - mein freies WG-Zimmer als Zwischenmiete an. Es ist teilmöbiliert mit Bett, Schrank, lowboard für TV und ein Bürostuhl. Ich nutze das Zimmer aktuell nur als Abstellraum, daher befinden sich noch einige Sachen in dem Raum. Die nehmen aber auch nur wenig Platz weg. Fotos gibt es bei ernsthaftem Interesse.
Ich hatte bereits mehrere Mitbewohnerinnen in der WG und nur gute Erfahrung gemacht. Auch über mehrere Jahre hinweg, hat alles super und harmonisch immer geklappt. Ich arbeite in der IT und bin auch im HomeOffice tätig, manchmal fahre ich ins Büro in Berlin. Das ist aber nicht oft der Fall.
Bitte sei eine ruhige und zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin, die bestenfalls auch im Berufsleben tätig ist, ob Büro oder HomeOffice und man ab und zu mal etwas gemeinsam machen kann: also Kochen, Videoabend oder gemütlich Essen bestellen/gehen :)
Wohnung ist 6 Minuten zu Fuß von S+U Bhf Pankow entfernt.
