Die U-Bahn/ Tram Haltestelle Vinetastrasse ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Jeweils eine Haltestelle sind es mit der U2 zur Ringbahn Haltestelle Schönhauser Allee (S41/ S42) und Pankow wo die S2 fährt. Bis zum Alexanderplatz kann man durchfahren und ist in 10min da.

In der Nähe sind alle möglichen Supermärkte, Restaurants und Schönhauser Allee Arcaden. Man ist sehr gut vernetzt und ist in weniger als 5 min im Herzen Prenzlauer Bergs und zum Mauerpark und Eberswalder Straße auch nicht weit.

The U-Bahn/ Tram station is 2 min away by walk. The train stations Schönhauser Allee ( S41/S42) and Pankow (S2) are 1 station away and Alexanderplatz is just 10min drive with the U2.

The apartment is in a quite but pretty central area. You have many groceries, restaurants and cafés around and a little shopping center.

Da ich mich die meiste Zeit im Ausland befinde suche ich eine Untermieterin für mein Zimmer.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin Nastya (24) teilen. Nastya kommt aus der Ukraine und arbeitet zur Zeit als Kellnerin. Sie ist eine sehr angenehme Person zum zusammen wohnen und legt wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung.
Sie spricht hauptsächlich Englisch und Russisch, aber lernt gerade auch Deutsch. Falls du ebenfalls Russisch sprichst wäre es auf jedenfall ein Bonus.
Da es eine reine Mädchen WG ist nehmen wir KEINE Bewerbungen von Jungs an.

Nastya ist viel am Arbeiten und wird daher nicht viel zu Hause sein, daher legen wir Wert darauf dass die Wohnung ein Ort zum nach Hause kommen und entspannen ist. Partys oder AfterHours sind daher nicht erlaubt. Du kannst aber natürlich Freunde einladen solange es im Rahmen bleibt.

Da die Wohnung unter meinem Namen läuft ist es mir sehr wichtig dass man vernünftig mit der Wohnung umgeht, heißt nicht unerlaubt Löcher an die Wand bohren etc.



Since I'm abroad most of the time, I'm looking for a subtenant for my room.
You would share the apartment with my current roommate Nastya (24). Nastya is from Ukraine and works as a waitress. She is a really nice person to live with and shares the same value to keep a certain order. She speaks mainly English and Russian, but is also taking German lessons. If you also come from Ukraine or speak Russian it would be definitely a bonus.

Since it is a GIRLS-ONLY flat, we do NOT accept applications from boys.

Nastya is working a lot and therefore we value to keep the apartment as a place to come home and relax. So no parties or after-hours allowed. Of course you can invite friends as long as you are considerate with your flatmate.

Since the apartment is under my name, it is very important to me that you are considerate with my apartment, which means no drilling holes in the wall without permission, etc.

- alle erforderlichen Papiere parat haben:
Schufa (request now) Auskunft, Einkommensnachweis, Mietschuldenfreiheitserklärung
- Zuverlässigkeit
- Auf Sauberkeit wert legen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Keine Ratenzahlung möglich bei der Kaution und auch keine Bürgschaft da ich die Wohnung komplett möbliert vermiete
