Hello everyone, as I am about to leave my room in this shared flat I am looking for a new tenant to live here on behalf of my landlady.

Concerning the room/flat:
- Heating, Water, Electronic, and WiFi(Telekom/50Mbps) included
- furnished (Bed, Desk, Chair, Closet, etc.)
- Shared area: Kitchen, Bathroom
- Basement & bicycle parking space inside the building
- Anmeldung: OK

My landlady prefers tenants who would live in the flat long-term (at least 6 months), keep the room clean. The landlady's house rules are that you do not smoke, do not play loud music instruments, have no pets and do not intend to sublet the room to someone else.

You should be able to prove your financial soundness to the landlady. Ideally, you should have the following documents, but if you have other forms of proof we will discuss their feasibility on a case-by-case basis.

The shared flat is located quite close to the S-Bahn station Pankow-Heinersdorf (approx. 5 minutes by foot). Therefore, you can be within 30-40 minutes in the center of Berlin. There is as well a Tram-station in front of the house, which gets you in about 15 minutes into the Kiez „Prenzlauer Berg“. Also, there is a Netto very close by (approx. 2 minutes by foot). Apart from that there is a green park close by (where you can run, do sports etc) and you need approx. 12 minutes to the center of Pankow.
