Large bedroom of 23m2 in a flat that just got fully renovated, I'm the first tenant of the room since the renovation took place at the beginning of the year. The flat is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, a TV (with all streaming services available), a wardrobe, a clothe rack, a desk and several lights to create a cozy atmosphere. The bedroom has a large window that let the light comes in during the day and that you can open whenever you want to feel some fresh air.
I will make sure to leave some space in the room for your personal belongings so you can feel at home :)
The flat is located on Winsstraße with all type of amenities just around the corner: Edeka, pharmacy, asian food store, späti and a park 2min walk from the flat. Many different restaurants and bars as well as local food shops also really close by (5-10min walk).
You have 3 different tram lines deserving the area (M2, M4 & M10): M2 and M4 can take you to Alexanderplatz or the Ring Bahn in about 10min while M10 can take you directly to Friedrischain or Mauer Park in around 20min. The closest U-Bahn station is Senefelderplatz which is about 15min walk from the flat.
The area is really calm and most of the buildings have been renovated lately which gives a really nice, chill and safe atmosphere to the neighbourhood.
You will share the flat with two (female) flatmates, one is student and the other is a young worker.
There is a nice vibe in the flat, we always make sure to leave the common areas clean after using them so the flat always looks clean.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, toaster, tea machine, air fryer...) which is really nice if you like cooking, feel free to use all the equipment available if you'd like to do so. I will put some of my food away to make sure that you have space for your groceries.
As the rest of the flat, our bathroom is freshly renovated and spacious (and has a washing machine!). Of course I will leave some room for your personal belongings in the cupboards so you can put all your bathroom stuff.
I'm looking for someone that is looking to stay for the whole stay (two month) and that is willing to be part of the nice atmosphere that we have currently with my flatmates.
All I'm asking for is to have someone that is open minded and relaxed to fit with the flatmates mood. Feel free to invite friends over as long as it doesn't get too busy :)
