Dein zukünftiges Zimmer bringt tollen Altbau-Charme mit: hohe Decken, Stuck, Dielenboden. Zudem hat dein Zimmer direkten Zugang zu einem kleinen, feinen Balkon auf dem sich die ersten lauen Sommerabende perfekt ausklingen lassen.
Da wir die Wohnung gerade erst neu übernommen haben, ist dein Zimmer bisher nur teilmöbliert (Regal, Kommode, Lautsprecher, Pflanzen). Das Sofa befindet sich dann nicht mehr in deinem Zimmer. Um ein Bett könnte ich mich auch mit dir gemeinsam kümmern, gibt es auf Ebay viel zu verschenken :)

Since we’ve only just moved into the apartment, your room is currently only partially furnished (shelf, dresser, speakers, plants). The sofa will no longer be in your room. I’d be happy to help you find a bed — there are lots of free ones on eBay :)

Du würdest mit mir, Carla (25) zusammen leben. Ich bin gerade für die Endzüge meines Studiums nach Berlin gezogen und suche nach einer/m tollen Mitbewohner*in zur Zwischenmiete bis meine Freundin im August einziehen wird.
Ich arbeite an vier Tagen die Woche und hab ansonsten ganz große Lust die Stadt ein bisschen zu entdecken und bin für gemeinschaftliche Aktionen oder einen gemütlichen Kaffee in unserer tollen Küche immer zu haben. Gleichzeitig ist es mir wichtig, dass jede*r jederzeit genug Raum für sich hat.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine ganz tolle voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Spülmaschine und Siebträgerkaffeemaschine. Im Tageslichtbad gibts eine Waschmaschine.
Auszugsdatum ist flexibel.
