Hello apartment seeker,
My name is Carolina, and I’ll soon be leaving this lovely room and apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, as I was fortunate enough to find a studio for myself.
We are now looking for someone who is working full-time and would like to take over my rental contract, which is currently valid until July 15th, 2025. We’ve already submitted a request to the agency to amend the contract, and are currently waiting for confirmation. If approved, the contract will be extended until July 15th, 2026 — possibly even longer , we can discuss this possibility.
Please tale just one thing into consideration, the current rent is 934( all included except radio- Rundfunkbeitrag ) until July 15th but it might increase around 13 euros. We are still awaiting confirmation from the agency on this topic as well.
We kindly ask that the new flatmate respects a few basic house rules: keep the apartment clean and tidy, no smoking indoors, and maintain quiet after 11 PM.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautifully renovated building, furnished with modern furniture. There’s even an extra room for when friends visit over the weekend. The area is fantastic — surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and just a short walk from Schönhauser Allee.
The room is fully furnished and faces the courtyard, making it peaceful and quiet despite the lively neighborhood.
You’ll be sharing the flat with two friendly and easygoing flatmates, Fabio and Manuel, who have both been living and working in Berlin for several years.
