Das Zimmer ist 25m2 gross, hat hohe Decken mit Stuck und dank den grossen Fenstern auch sehr schön viel Licht. Zudem gibts vom Zimmer aus direkt einen Balkonzugang. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert, inklusive einem Luftbefeuchter für die trockene Winterluft und Desk zum Arbeiten

2min zur Ringbahn oder 3min zur U2 "Schönhauser Allee", auch das Einkaufszentrum "Schönhauser Arcaden" ist nur 3min entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es jede Menge tolle Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Die Nachbarn sind sehr angenehm und liebevoll. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt es vor der Haustür und überall in der Umgebung zu finden.
Wir leben in einer rücksichtsvollen berufstätigen WG. Das Verhältnis ist sehr ungezwungen und wenns zeitlich passt machen wir was zusammen aber sonst hat jeder auch Verständnis für den individuellen Tagesablauf der anderen Mitbewohner. Ansonsten ist es sauber und ruhig bei uns. Haben gerne mal Freunde auf Besuch aber zum Feiern gehn wir raus und nehmen rücksicht auf einander.
Das Zimmer ist wie erwähnt zur Zwischenmiete frei da ich für 1 Monat auf Reisen bin. Melde dich am besten per Email bei mir mit einer Beschreibung über dich (wer bist du/woher kommst du/was machst du, etc.) und allfäligen Fragen. Besichtigungstermin kriegen wir bestimmt auch kurzfristig hin.
