Hallo,
bei uns wird zu Ende März wieder ein Zimmer frei. Bislang waren wir eine recht ruhige WG in der sich gerne mal zum quatschen oder kochen zusammen gesetzt wurde. Alles immer ohne Zwang natürlich. Möchte jemand mal seine Ruhe haben, bekommt er/sie sie auch.
Wir sind keine Party-WG. Jedoch sind wir für Spieleabend oder gemeinsames Entspannen im Park immer zu haben.
Das Zimmer umfassen rund 27 m². Die Miete beträgt 500 €. Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Internet etc.) schon mit enthalten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch der Weg zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Straßenbahn) ist nicht weit. Da die Wohnung aber in einer Seitenstraße liegt, bekommt man von dem Stadttrubel in der Wohnung nichts mit.
