Zur Wohnung: Es ist eine Gründerzeit-Zweiraumwohnung im 1.OG mit Balkon und Ausblick auf den Kolpingplatz. Das angebotene Zimmer selbst hat Ausblick zum offenen Hinterhof und bietet eine nette Sicht auf den kleinen Garten. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert: Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank sind inklusive. Die Wohnung im Altbaustil ist saniert, komplett eingerichtet und mit Holzdielen ausgestattet.
Die WG: Du wirst zusammen mit Raul wohnen, City-Guide und Tutor. Ich suche eine(n) vertrauliche(n) und gesellige(n) NachfolgerIn, der/die mindestens einen vollen Monat in der Wohnung bleiben möchte. Kochabende, gute Gespräche und Feiern sind gerne mal drin, doch jeder kann hier seine Ruhe haben.
Vermietung: Du musst für diese Zwischenmiete nichts vorweisen, also kein Schufa (request now) . Eine Kaution von 200€ ist jedoch nötig.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt 4 Gehminuten entfernt von der U8 Residenzstraße. Dort befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt. Mit der U8 bist du in 15 Minuten am Alex. Eine Busverbindung (122, 327) ist fast direkt vor der Haustür. Auf der Residenzstraße befinden sich weitere Supermärkte, Banken, eine Poststelle und alles, was man sonst noch zum Leben braucht.

To let: beautiful room in Reinickendorf! My room will be free from March 1 until April 30 2023 , maybe longer.
The flat: It is a two-room apartment with a balcony and a view to Kolpingplatz. Your room has a view to the open backyard, a small idyllic garden opens up there. It is fully furnished: a stable bed, a couch, a workdesk, a wardrobe. The apartment is fully-equipped and the traditional Jugendstil building is well renovated.
You will share the apartment with Raul, city guide and tutor. I am looking for a reliable and sociable person who would like to stay at least a full month. Cooking nights, good conversations and a glass of wine could be included, but everyone has his privacy here.
To rent the room: You don't have to show any documents, like Schufa (request now) . But for the first month a deposit of 200€ would be needed.

The location: The subway station Residenzstraße (U8) is just 4 minutes away from the apartment. A supermarket is next to the subway station. It takes you 15 minutes to Alexanderplatz with the U8. A bus stop (122, 327) is located almost on your doorstep. On Residenzstraße are further supermarkets, banks, a post office and all the other things necessary to make life good.
