!!! I'm super sorry for this but please mention how you earn ur money and - although this is of course very indiscreet - how much approximately it is. Unfortunately, this is the only thing the rental company cares about and I need to make sure our application will be approved or else I'll be homeless myself... ;/
Folgendes:
Ich suche urgently zwei (!) Mitbewohner für zwei zum Oktober frei werdende Zimmer in der gezeigten Wohnung. Wir erhalten zum Oktober einen neuen Mietvertrag, allerdings nur, wenn wir schnell nachweisen können, dass die Finanzierung gesichert ist. Ich, Student, bin äußerst broke und deshalb darauf angewiesen, dass zumindest ihr ein halbwegs solides Einkommen nachweisen könnt. Die Vermieter haben sich an einer Vertragsverlängerung sehr interessiert gezeigt, allerdings nur, wenn wir schnell Unterlagen einsenden, die unsere Zahlungsfähigkeit belegen.
Deshalb bräuchte ich von euch auf alle Fälle bis spätestens Montag Gehaltsnachweise, Schufa (request now) , Personalien und einen ausgefüllten Interessentenbogen, den ich euch zukommen lassen würde.
Zur Wohnung selbst: Die Quadratmeter sind geschätzt, wahrscheinlich ist die Bude noch größer.
Wir haben zwei Bäder, zwei Balkone, eine sehr geräumige Küche und drei große Zimmer. (siehe Bilder)
Soweit ist das einschätzen kann, ist die Wohnung mit allen essentiellen Sachen ausgestattet.

In meinem Lauftempo etwa 10-12 Minuten von der U6 Scharnweberstraße und gut 15 von der U6 Karl-Bornhoeffer Nervenklinikum.
1 Minute von nem, zugegeben vollkommen überteuerten, Edeka entfernt, allerdings ist die ganze weitere Umgebung von LIDL nur so überflutet, also gibt's gute Alternativen :)

1 minute away from Edeka that's very expensive tho so u might wanna walk to one of the many LIDL in this area, closest is like 10 minutes away]
