Bright room with new flooring.
There is a nice living room directly connected with the kitchen and the balcony giving a perfect space to hang out and share a meal or so.
The room of our flatmate could also be used as office often, thus leaving a good space for home office times. :)
Close to great outdoor areas like Botanischer Volkspark Blankenfelde-Pankow, natural reserves and lakes.
The Tram M1 is close by and also a bus, 30 minutes to Mitte, like Rosenthaler Platz
Supermarkets and a handful restaurants are also available.
I will live in the flat full-time and also work from home half of the time.
For me some joint activities like cooking, sport and trips to the surrounding areas would be great. Otherwise I have quite some friends in the city center and sometimes travel for work.
The other flatmate only comes once in a while for work purpose and also likes some fun conversation and a gin tonic.
We like it tidy and clean.
Also we can still decorate and furnish how we like it as the flat is currently empty.
Fast wifi would be the first thing I would he interested in getting :)
