We are looking for a WOMAN who would like to rent two rooms together: a bright room is in the basement (16 sqm) - best for sleeping - and one on the mezzanine floor (11 sum) - best as a workplace. The rooms are with parquet flooring, new tilt/turn window and partially furnished. The following is commonly used: an open living and dining area (40m2), with conservatory to the garden, an open kitchen with hallway, a large bathroom with bath / shower tub and a separate small WC.
These areas are all tiled and with underfloor heating, in addition, there is a wood fireplace in the living room. In the basement there is a utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. The gardens of the neighboring houses adjoin one another, thus one gains the impression of sitting in the green.
We are looking for ONE tenant (not couples) as of 25 years old. In addition, please only applicants who want to move in for a longer period of time (not just for half a year).
It is a large house on the edge of the city, which is in the 2nd row; near small gardens, a riding and dairy farm, as well as green areas closes by. The road is a dead end, so traffic noise is minimal. Since all windows are new soundproof windows it is very quiet inside the house, even with the airport in close proximity, and above all you can hear the birds.
To the U7 (Rudow) is 15 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by bike.
To the campus or S Bahn Adlershof is 10 min. by bike or 15 min. by bus.
People who are living in the shared house: the landlady - an independent dance teacher (60), an Italian man (27) and a half German/ half Ecuadorian woman (27) Vision of communal living: Everybody goes about his / her job or studies, but we can cook (preferably vegetarian), eat & chat together. I want to live an open and respectful life together. Part of the communal living is the participation in cleaning and occasional maintenance work in the house, as well as on external work (depending on the season, a little lawn mowing, raking leaves or snow shoveling).
The entire house is newly insulated and freshly renovated (energetic, ecological renovation). The electricity is produced by solar (photo-voltaic). There are other eco-innovations in the house, which are best explained on site.
This house WG is ideal for:
- People who love nature more than the big city bustle
- People who work / study in the south of Berlin (Neukölln, Adlershof, Schönefeld, etc.) or southern part of the city (i.e. Kreuzberg).
