Mein helles liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit großem Fenster zum grünen Hof ist ein paar Tage noch frei.
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter, da ich im Sommer eine Zeitlang nicht in Berlin bin.
Daher bleiben meine Möbel drin. Für deinen privaten Kram ist viel Platz in Regal, Kleiderständer und Kommode.
Das bequeme Bett ist 140cm breit, es gibt einen Luftreiniger. Hinter dem weissen Vorhang ist noch ein weiteres Regal in der Wandnische.
Das große Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem grünen Balkon auf den Platz und selbstverständlich die Küche stehen zur Nutzung frei, und mein Mitwohner ist nicht die ganze Zeit in Berlin....Du wirst wenig gestört werden.
Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Videokonferenzen-geeignetes W-lan, Badewanne.
Du kannst und sollst alles nutzen, um dich wohnzufühlen.
Die 40 € sind all in sorglos. Trotzdem wäre es nett, aus Gründen auf den Gas- uswVerbrauch zu achten :)
Das Angebot ist eher für Leute, die eine angenehme und ruhige, gepflegte Umgebung genießen. Eher für Arbeitende, Studierende oder Sprachschüler*innen, weniger für clubhungrige Partypeople.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher stelle ich auf Wunsch zur Verfügung.
Die Pflanzen können drin bleiben - wenn du sie pflegen magst. Können aber auch raus.

My bright lovingly furnished room with large window overlooking the green courtyard is a few days still free.
I sublet my room because I am not in Berlin for a while in the summer.
Therefore my furniture stays inside. For your private stuff there is plenty of space in shelf, clothes rack and dresser.
The comfortable bed is 140cm wide, there is an air purifier. Behind the white curtain is another shelf in the wall niche.
The large living room with cozy green balcony on the square and of course the kitchen are free for use, and my roommate is not all the time in Berlin....You will be little disturbed.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine, videoconferencing-ready w-lan, bathtub.
You can and should use everything to feel at home.
The offer is more for people who enjoy a pleasant and quiet, well-kept environment. Rather for working people, students or language students, less for club-hungry party people.
Bed linen and towels can be provided.
Plants can stay inside - if you like to take care of them. But they can also go outside.
Die richtige Adresse ist Leopoldstraße 2, 10317 Berlin, direkt am S-Bhf Nöldnerplatz...
Wohnung liegt superverkehrsgünstig und trotzdem ruhig direkt am S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz, das ist beim Ostkreuz. Es fahren Bahnen in enger Taktung.
Außerdem fahren Busse nach Friedrichshain, Neukölln (und Marzahn, aber das ist wohl nicht sooo gefragt)
Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten /Gastro sind auch fußläufig vorhanden - ruhiger Altbau-Wohnkiez.
Ein kleiner netter Park ist nahebei.
Parken klappt gut.
Berufstätiger Mann, 50 Jahre alt.
Aufgeschlossen, wenn es passt. Aber grundsätzlich ist eher kein gemeinsames Wirtschaften / Kochen angestrebt.
Zu Besuch wird ab und an ein Pudel (antiallergen und freundlich, aber dennoch ein Hund) kommen.
