Hi, we are looking for a flatmate (preferably a working professional) for a room in our WG starting 1st of August. A later start up to the 1st of September can also be discussed. :)
The room is about 18 sqm big. The furniture shown is not included. The apartment has three bedrooms, one common room, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The apartment is on the first floor so that things can be moved easily. It has a fitted kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, and washing machine. The apartment is 3 minutes walking distance away from the Ubahn station Innsbrucker Platz and 7 minutes from Schöneberg Sbahn station. There is a Lidl, Rewe, and a DM closeby. There are several restaurants, bakeries, and other services like doctors available within walking distance. The S1 allows you to reach the center of Berlin in just about 15 minutes.
We are Neel and Rahil.
Neel is 27, he is from India and speaks English and Hindi. He works in fintech and loves cooking and cycling.
Rahil is 29 and works in supply chain co-operate. He is from India as well and likes travelling and reading.
We speak English so you should be fluent in that.
For us a balanced WG life is important, we do things together but also like to take for ourselves. We both like to cook and spend time in the kitchen. Cleanliness is an important thing in our future flatmate, we follow a weekly cleaning schedule. We are not a party WG but of course don‘t mind a birthday party or similar events. :)
