Ich suche für meine Wohnung einen zuverlässigen, ordentlichen und vertrauenswürdigen Untermieter. Ein Paar ist auch ok ;)
Das Auszugsdatum ist flexibel, aber es wäre schön, wenn du wenigstens 4Monate bleibst :)
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, aber da das Wohnzimmer noch nicht endgültig fertig ist, gibt es davon noch keine Fotos (folgen noch). Es ist etwa 22m2 groß, hat u.a. eine große Couch, Fernseher; eine Vitrine, einen Sekretär und einen kleinen Esstisch- alle Möbel in dunkelbraunen Holz.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, inkl. Altbaucharme, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Alles weitere gern persönlich :)
In einer schönen Ecke von Schöneberg, suuuper zentral - das sagen bestimmt alle, aber bei mir stimmts!
Die Wohnung liegt zwar eine ruhige Seitenstraße, man braucht aber nur 3 Gehminuten bis zur S+U Yorckstraße (Super Anbindung: 10min bis Hbf; 5min bis Potsdamer Platz, 15min bis Alexander Platz; 10min bis zum Ku'damm/Zoo).
Eine große Einkaufsstraße, mit allem, was man braucht, ist 12 Gehminuten entfernt, Rewe 2min, Lidl 7min.
Und wer gerne im Park chillt/Sport macht - der Gleisdreieckpark mit Beachvolleyballfeldern, Tischtennisplatten und Basketballcourts ist auch nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt :)
