The furniture of the room is inclusive and includes a double bed, a closet with mirror on the inside and a traditional shelf unit with glass elements. There is a little bathroom with a shower on same floor as the room that you can use. Further, there is a bathroom with bathtub on the first floor if you enjoy hot baths during rainy seasons. The house where you live has a little backyard where you can sit and talk to other roomies or just relax without the noisy surrounding of a metropole. If you like to have a chat while cooking your meals, the big common kitchen is the perfect place (kitchen has a big frige and an oven)
Die Möbel in diesem Zimmer sind inklusive. Es beinhaltet ein großes Doppelbett, einen Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel in der Schrankinnenseite und einer Regalwand mit Glastüren. Du kannst entweder das kleine Bad auf deiner Etage nutzen mit Dusche oder du gehst ins größere Bad mit Badewanne ein Stockwerk weiter unten. Außerdem besitzt das Haus einen kleinen Hinterhof, den du zum Rauchen nutzen kannst oder wenn du mal die Ruhe genießen willst, die dir eine Großstadt wie Berlin nur selten bietet. In der großen Gemeinschaftsküche kannst du beim Kochen noch das ein oder andere gute Gespräch über Gott und die Welt mit den anderen Mitbewohner*innen führen (in der Küche befindet sich ein großes Kühlschrank und ein Ofen)
If you prefer walks the U + S-Bahn station Rathaus Spandau is approximately 10-15 min away. Otherwise, there's a bus every 5 min from "Askanierring" who'll take 5 min to Rathaus Spandau. You can find three supermarkets (Lidl, Edeka and Penny) near the house and a park if you're an jogging enthuisast or just like to relax surrounded by nature
Wenn du lieber zu Fuß gehen möchtest, bist du innerhalb von 10-15 min an der S und U-Bahn Haltestelle Rathaus Spandau. Ansonsten fährt dich werktags alle 5 min ein Bus von "Askanierring" innerhalb von 5 min nach Rathaus Spandau. Außerdem hast du mehrere Supermärkte (Lidl, Edeka und Penny), die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses befinden sowie ein wirklich schönen Park zum joggen oder entspannen.
The room is an international shared house. The current inhabitants are from Canada, Chile, Poland and Germany. You should be necessarily LGBTQIA+ friendly. I will not accept homophobic applicants. You're roomies will be students, globetrotters and employees. You can basically talk to everybody you want to because most of the inhabitants are extroverts. Everybody is very chilled and someone is always up for a beer in the backyard.
But if you prefer spending time by yourself, no one will bother you or whatsoever.
Das Haus ist auf alle Fälle sehr international. Die Bewohner*innen stammen derzeit aus Kanada, Chile, Polen und Deutschland. Darunter findest du Studierende, Weltenbummler*innen und Werktätige. Wichtig wäre mir persönlich, dass du LGBTQIA+ freundlich bist. Die Mitbewohner*innen sind alle super offen und du findest jederzeit jemanden, der in dem kleinen Hof mit dir ein Bier oder eine Mate trinkt. Wenn du allerdings lieber für dich bist, wird das jeder akzeptieren und keiner dich zu irgendwelchen Gruppenaktivitäten drängen.
