ich suche für meine WG eine(n) nette(n) NachmieterIn.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 m2 groß, möbliert. Die WG hat 6 Schlafzimmer, eine riesige Wohnküche, eine Waschkammer und einen kleinen Balkon. Die WG befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage. Der Park ist direkt vor der Haustür. Trotzdem hat die WG eine TOP Verkehrsanbindung. Mit Bus Linie 186, 283, 386 kann man in 3-9 Min S+U Steglitz erreichen.Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca.6 min fußläufig entfernt.
Hier in der WG wird Deutsch/Englisch/Mandarin/Koreanisch gesprochen. Wir haben ab und zu einen gemütlichen Kochabend oder kleinen Ausflug organisiert. Trotzdem sind wir auch sehr verschieden und auch sehr unabhängig von einander. Wir studieren Chemie, Bio, Musik usw. Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erwünscht.
Die monatliche Miete ist 350 EUR (all-inklusive). Allerdings wird das Zimmer nur an eingeschriebenen Studierenden vermietet. Es wäre besser, dass du gerade mit deinem Studium angefangen hast.

I am looking for a nice new tenant for my flat share.
The room is about 13 m2, furnished. The shared apartment has 6 bedrooms, a huge kitchen, a laundry room and a small balcony. The flat share is in a very quiet location. The park is on the doorstep. Nevertheless, the flat share has excellent transport links. With bus line 186, 283, 386 you can reach S + U Steglitz in 3-9 min.
German / English / Mandarin / Korean is spoken here in the shared apartment. Sometimes we arranage a cozy cooking evening or a little trip. Nevertheless, we are very different and also very independent of each other. We study chemistry, bio, music etc.. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
The monthly rent is 350 EUR (all inclusive). However, the room is only rented to registered students. It would be better that you just started your studies.
