Hallo alle,
in unserer 3er WG wird ein Zimmer ab 1.8. frei. Das Zimmer ist rund 10qm groß, möbliert mit einem großen Bett, Kommode, Kleiderständer, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Die Küche und das Badezimmer werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Herde, Geschirr und alle Küchenutensilien. das Bad ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Natürlich gibt's auch sehr stabile WLAN-Verbindung in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug renoviert, weswegen alles in recht gute und moderne Zustand sind.
Starting from 1st of Aug a room in our shared flat will be vacant. The room is about 10qm and furnished with a big bed, dresser, clothes rack, desk and a chair. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, stove, dishes and all kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Of course there is also a very stable WiFi connection in the apartment. The apartment was renovated right before I moved in, which is why everything is in a very good and modern condition.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage in Steglitz. Die Schloßstraße (ne große Einkaufsstraße) ist 8 Minuten zum Fuß weit weg. Dort fährt auch U9. U Breitenbachplatz (U3) ist auch ca. 6, 7 Minuten zum Fuß weit weg. Von dem erreicht man FU sehr schnell. Da wahrscheinlich ab diesem Wintersemester die Präsenzunterricht startet, ist die Lage wirklich ideal für FU-Student/-in. Also genau vor der Wohnung befindet eine Bushaltestelle, womit man Rathaus Steglitz (S; U) in 5 Minuten erreichen kann.
The apartment is in a very good location in Steglitz. The Schloßstraße (a large shopping street) is an 8-minute walk away. U9 also runs there. U Breitenbachplatz (U3) is also about 6-7 minutes away. FU can be reached very quickly from there. Since on campus classes are likely to start this winter semester, the location is really ideal for FU students. Also there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment, with which you can reach Rathaus Steglitz (S; U) in 5 minutes.
In den anderen Zimmern wohnen Sabra (23), im Moment in der Pflege beschäftigt und Sankalpa (31), arbeitet als Analytics-Manager. Die beide sind sehr freundlich, offen und ordentlich. Wir sprechen meistens Englisch mit einander aber manchmal auch Deutsch. Und manchmal auch ein Gemisch aus beiden.
The others living in the appartment are Sabra (23), who is currently working in the care department, and Sankalpa (31), who works as an analytics manager. They are both very friendly, open and tidy. We mostly speak English with each other but sometimes also German. And sometimes a mixture of both.

Ich habe in der Wohnung seit Dezember 2019 gewohnt. Da ich gerade ein Angebot vom Studierendenwerk bekommen habe, ziehe ich mich um. Das Angebot kam sehr kurzfristig, weswegen ich dringend bis zum 1.8. eine Nachmieterin finden muss. Also meldet nur bei einer seriösen Anfrage :) . Der Vertrag wird also ein normaler unbefristeter Vertrag sein (nicht eine Untermiete oder sowas). Außerdem bekomme ich eine kleine Ablösevereinbarung von 50€, da ich das Bett, Matratze Schreibtisch und Stuhl selber gekauft habe. Die Vermieterin verlangt Gehaltsnachweis der letzten 3 Monate, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, Schufa (request now) und einen Scan vom Ausweis/Reispass, so diese Dokumente bereithalten. ;)

I have lived in the apartment since December 2019. Since I've just received an offer from the Studierendenwerk, I'm moving. The offer came at very short notice, which is why I urgently need to find a new tenant until 1st of Aug. So only serious requests :) . I also ask for a small transfer agreement of 50 € because I bought the bed, mattress, desk and chair myself. The contract will be a normal unlimited contract (not a sublet or whatsoever). The landlady requires proof of salary for the last 3 months, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, Schufa (request now) and a scan of the ID / passport, so have these documents ready. ;)
