Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, eine Kommode, einer guten Matratze und über einen direkten Zugang zur herrlichen Terrasse. Neben dem Zimmer gibt es in der Dachgeschosswohnung noch eine große Wohnküche/Wohnzimmer mit Couch, die du dir mit meinem Mitbewohner (sehr nett, Italiener,, berufstätig) teilst und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Geschirr und Küchenutensilien vorhanden, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine auch!
Furnished and bright room for rent. Shopping street around the corner (Schloßstraße). Sbahn S1 Feuerbachstraße and U9 very close (2min). Apartment has a huge living room with a nice kitchen and a couch. The room has a desk, good matress... The balcony is fantastic! And my flatmate is very nice and friendly!
Liegt in einer ruhigen Parallelstraße zur Shoppingmeile in der Schloßstraße (alles was du jemals brauchen kannst ist direkt ums Eck) und nur 2 min von U-Bahn und S-Bahn entfernt.
Mein Mitbewohner ist super nett (berufstätig, sportlich, Kulturinteressiert) - Bad und Küche müssen sauber gehalten werden. Der Mitbewohner ist viel unterwegs, kocht und quatscht aber auch gerne.
Berufstätig erwünscht, you need to be sporty - the apartment is on the 5th floor.
