ich suche eine Frau, mit der ich meine renovierte Altbauwohnung von 70qm für eine Zeit von einigen Monaten teilen kann. Die genauen Daten für Ein- und Auszug sind flexibel. Die Wohnung ist renoviert, mit Stil eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Dielenboden. Das Gebäude ist denkmalgeschützt. Die Wohnung liegt an einer kleinen ruhigen Straße und ist sehr ruhig. Bad und Küche sind geräumig, die Küche verfügt über einen großen Balkon.
Dein Zimmer hat große Fenster und geht zu einem riesigen begrünten Innenhof hinaus. Möbliert ist es mit hochwertigen Vollholzmöbeln (kein IKEA). Im Keller und im Hinterhof gibt es einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder.
Ich bin Ende 40, Journalistin und Filmemacherin. Ich habe viele Individualreisen unternommen und spreche mehrere Sprachen. Meine Freunde sagen, dass ich ein sehr offener Mensch bin. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, Yoga und Meditation. Am Wochenende gehe ich gerne mal auf eine Party.

The appartment has a wooden floor and is furnished with taste. Your room has modern furniture from real wood and goes to the backyard - which is a huge green garden. Bathroom and kitchen are quite big. The kitchen has a balcony to the side of the garden. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. You have public transport around the corner, busses, s-bahn and metro connection (U6). There is also a place for bikes, indoor and outdoors. The rent includes all extra cost and a wify connection.
I am a journalist and filmmaker, in my mid 40ties. I travelled a lot and speak several languages. My friends say that I am a very open person. In my free time I do sports, yoga and meditation. At the weekends I also go to a party.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer kleinen ruhigen Strasse. Du hast um die Ecke zahlreiche Busse und bist auch schnell an einer S-Bahnhaltestelle (Tempelhof oder Südkreuz) und an der U6 (Kaiserin Augusta). Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es am Gässnerweg und auf einem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz.
Es gibt auch mehrere schöne Parks in der Nähe zum Joggen, Spazieren und Entspannen, zum Beispiel den Bosepark.
