Das WG-Zimmer ist 25 m² groß, hat hohe Decken und schöne Dielen. Ausgestattet ist das Zimmer mit allem was man braucht: Ein bequemes Bett, ein großer Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstange, Kommode, ein Sofa und sogar ein Klavier stehen dir zur Verfügung. Zudem gibts es in dem Zimmer auch einen Beamer und eine Musikanlage. Es wäre toll, wenn du pflanzenfreundlich bist und dich während der Abwesenheit unserer Mitbewohnerin gut um ihre grünen Schützlinge kümmerst. Es ist wirklich sehr gemütlich!!

The room is 25m2 big and fully furnished. It comes with lots of plants, a projector and hifi system. It’s super bright and cosy!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum U-Bahnhof Alt-Tempelhof, wo man mit der U6 eine gute Anbindung hat. Außerdem ist der S-Bahnhof Tempelhof in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, sodass man schnell in ganz Berlin ist.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, von wo aus ein Bus zum Südkreuz, Schöneberg und bis Zoologischer Garten Tag und Nacht durchfährt.
Wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind Edeka, Kaufland, Netto, Aldi und Lidl, eine Apotheke, Geldautomaten, verschiedene Restaurants und der bestimmt beste Döner von Berlin. Ikea und Bauhaus sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Nachbarschaft ist trotzdem eher ruhig und abgesehen vom Tempelhofer Feld (15 Gehminuten) gibt es einen großen Park hinterm Haus, wo man entspannt flanieren und anschließend in unserem Lieblingscafé einkehren kann. ;)

The apartment is located in a rather quiet area, but you can reach the Ringbahn and the U6 easily by foot. Stores, cafés and of course the Tempelhofer Feld are also auper close by!
Wir führen hier ein super entspanntes und manchmal ganz schön familiäres WG-Leben mit gemeinsamen Netflix-Abenden, Yoga-Sessions, Kleidertausch-Partys und wir kochen gerne zusammen - oder auch mal füreinander (gerne vegetarisch)!
Ronja arbeitet im Vertrieb eines kleinen Start-Ups, hat immer eine lustige Anekdote zu erzählen, Katha ist Studentin und bringt endlich mal leckere Backkünste in die WG. Wir würden uns trotz der Zwischenmiete über drittes Mitglied in unserer Premium-WG freuen, das gerne mit uns schlemmt, quatscht, sein/ihr Leben ansonsten gut im Griff hat und nen halbwegs geregelten Alltag führt. Wir sind keine Hygienefanatikerinnen, aber es besteht immer eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit und regelmäßiges Putzen sollte dir nicht als Zumutung erscheinen. (Sodass wir auch weiterhin bitte keinen Putzplan brauchen..)

We live a super relaxed and sometimes quite family-like flat-sharing life with Netflix evenings, yoga sessions, clothes swap parties and we like to cook together - or sometimes for each other!
Ronja works in sales for a small start-up, always has a funny anecdote to tell, Katha is a literature student and finally brings some delicious baking skills to the WG. Despite the intermediate rent, we would be happy about a third member in our premium flat share, who likes to feast with us, chat, has his/her life otherwise well under control and has a regular everyday life. We are not hygiene fanatics, but there is always a certain basic cleanliness and regular cleaning should not seem like an imposition to you. (So that we still please do not need a cleaning schedule.)
