First of all, I hope you are safe and healthy!
This is Noelia. My current roommate has decided to go back to southern Germany, so I am here on the quest to find a new, cool, long term roomie. Don’t worry, anmeldung is possible. No couples and no pets, sorry :(
The room available is 22 square meters. It is quite luminous (but it is equipped with electric blinders too). The room comes fully furnished on the condition that the new tenant (you) will take over the above listed furniture for 500€ in total:

It is also worth to mention that we’ll both (you and I) be purchasing a washing machine, a fridge, and the roof lamps to my current roommate as well for 410€ (To pay 205€ each of us).

To apply, you’ll need a valid Schufa (request now) , your 3 last pay slips, and a letter from your current landlord to certify that you are on point with the rent (Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung).
The flat features both our rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub. It is located in the top floor so we got some nice views. We also have a keller and there is an area to park the bikes in the hinterhouse.
The flat is located in a quiet and residential area in south Tempelhof. In a 10-minute walking distance you can find an ubahn station (U6, stop Kaiserin-Augusta-Str), two different bus stops (lines 184, 248, N84, and N6), supermarkets (Edeka, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, Lidl), malls (Galeria Karstadt and Tempelhofer Hafen), parks, a post office, and an amazing ice-cream shop.
This is a quiet and cozy WG. Cleanliness is expected. It is not a place for parties and it is a non-smoking, drug-free flat. Of course, you can still invite friends/partner. I prefer to live with fellow vegans or vegetarians but I don’t mind if you have other dietary preferences involving the consumption of animals as long as you don’t consume meat or fish at home. If you are not 100% ok with this, please, do not send an application.
ABOUT ME
Part nerd with a dark sense of humor, part grandma trapped in a soon to be 30-yo-body (mid-life crisis coming in 3, 2, 1...). I am a rather social introvert. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and memes. Still working on my German though. I relocated to Berlin in 2017 and I work in tech. Germany is the fifth country that I’ve lived in so far. For those who care (And I guess for those who don’t, as you are reading this anyway), I’ve been vegan for almost 3 years.
I am into exercising (before corona, I was doing mostly bouldering, yoga, and I was briefly getting into pole dance), outdoor activities, board games, karaoke, cinema and tv shows, traveling, and reading, among other things. I follow a rather healthy lifestyle. I normally cook at home, but I also love eating out with friends. I just bought a ukelele so that I can learn how to play it.
Regarding the style of WG, I like living in a positive and cozy space. I am always happy to hang out or cook a meal together, but that is not a mandatory requirement. I do still prefer someone that I can have a nice conversation with here and there, rather than a person that hides in their room 24/7. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate having some me time and getting into hermit mode on too. What I care the most is to keep a friendly atmosphere, where we can communicate well and there is mutual respect. In the past decade, I’ve shared flats with 15 people from 8 different nationalities and it has mostly been fun.
