The building itself is equipped with an elevator, which makes everyday life easier, especially when transporting shopping or heavy items. There is also a laundry room in the basement, which is available to all residents and makes washing and drying clothes convenient.
The immediate proximity to the campus for the University of Applied Sciences (HTW). The river Spree with its promenade is about 400m away from the Student apartment. A fitness studio is also located in the immediate vicinity.
