Ich, Niels, bin als Hauptmieter langjähriger Familienvater und in Folge ehelicher Trennung unweit der langjährigen Hauptwohnung in einem für alleinige Nutzung etwas zu großen Reihenhaus/4 Zimmerwohnung vor einem Jahr eingezogen. Die Wohnung und alle Möbel sind in den letzten zwölf Monaten frisch renoviert beziehungsweise neu angeschafft. Es gibt zwei Fernseh Räume, offene voll ausgestattete Küche und modernes Town House Ambiente.
