Heute noch so bis spätestens 11 wäre eine Besichtigung möglich, also melde sich wer spontan ist :) Die Hausverwaltung verlangt leider bei Studenten tendenziell Bürgschaft Bzw Eintritt eines Elternteils in den MV..
Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein schönes WG-Zimmer im Wedding, da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen werde. Das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und sehr hell. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 2er WG im zweiten Stock. Sie liegt direkt am Leopoldplatz (Nähe Beuth Hochschule und Sprengelkiez, tolle Anbindung via U6 und U9 (2 Gehminuten entfernt) und Ringbahn (8 Gehminuten entfernt). Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 60 qm groß. Wir haben keine Haustiere.
Ich würde Bett (Malm mit Schubladen), Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kommode gerne für eine faire Ablöse übergeben.
Da eine Aufnahme in den Mietvertrag als Hauptmieter/in gewünscht ist, bräuchte die Hausverwaltung Gehaltsnachweise, Schufa (request now) etc.
Mein Mitbewohner Billy ist sehr nett und entspannt und wir würden uns freuen, dich kennen zu lernen.
