Looking for a new flatmate for a 3weeks period, from the 08th of August till the 1st of September.
Hi, I am Karla and sadly I am leaving my room as my Erasmus year has come to an end and I have to return to the UK and my lovely housemates are looking for someone to take my room. The room is approximately 13m2 all together, and the windows are facing Pankow. The flat is on the 6th floor (there is an elevator) and there is a desk, and two coat rack's (you can see them in the photo), the sofa which spreads into the double bed will be in the room for some time but as it's not mine someone will come to pick it up at some point but one of the flatmates has an extra mattress that you could borrow.
The rent for 3 weeks would be 195 euros, I will pay all the bills for the month before leaving so you would only have to pay for the room.
The room is available from September on as well however this is something that you would have to discuss about with my/ your (future) flatmates. In case you stay in the flat long term rent is 263 Euros for a room + around 30 Euros for the bills.

The WG is only 2 minutes away from the Wollankstrasse S-Ban 1 and 25/26, and two stations (4min) away from Gesundbrunnen where you can find good connections. There is Netto just 3 min walk away from WG and also Denn's Biomark next to the S-Bahn station.
You will be sharing the WG with 2 more people. N(F) who is German and a student of architecture and T(Enby) who is American and they work. They both share an interest in different forms of arts and are very social and free-spirited.
There is no room for any kind of discrimination in this flat. If you are racist, homophobic, transphobic, nazi...etc then this is not a flat for you.
