Hi, my roommate is moving out mid of September and I'm looking for someone else to live with.
The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the inner courtyard and with a terrace. The flat is located close to the S+U station Wedding in a nice side street.
The apartment is cozy and 55m2 big and the room for rent 10m2.
We redid the kitchen last year and my roommate wants to be compensated 700€ by the next tenant.
Some info about me, I'm 28 years old, I work a lot and I spend my free time between being out in restaurants, cafés, parks and being at home.
I think I'm pretty simple to live with, when I'm at home I like to hang out with my roommate, eat together, have a drink or watch movies but I also like to spend an evening alone on a regular basis.
It is important for me to live with someone nice, respectful of the flat and of my space and clean.
The owner will need a recent Schufa (request now) and proof of income 3 times higher than the rent for the room.
