Ich vermiete mein helles, möbliertes WG-Zimmer in Berlin Weißensee.
Möbel die in der Miete enthalten sind: Kleiderschrank, Regal, Wandregal, Tagesbett (ausziehbar), Nachttisch mit 2 Nachttischlampen, der große Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen und einer Bank, sowie 1 Teppich. Wenn dir die Möbel nicht gefallen sollten, finden wir sicherlich eine Lösung. Das einzige was zwingend drin bleiben muss, ist der Esstisch.
Der Vertrag ist auf 1 Jahre befristet, mit der Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend mit vielen jungen Familien. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr lieb, es gibt sogar ne Whatsappgruppe.
Zu Fuß bist du in 2 min am Antonplatz, dort findest du alles was du brauchst: Supermärkte, Roßmann, Cafés, Restaurants, Späti, etc.
Vom Antonplatz brauchst du 15 min bis zum Alexanderplatz.
Du wirst mit Max zusammen wohnen, er ist 28 Jahre alt, leidenschaftlicher Koch vom Beruf und arbeitet meist Spätschichten. An seinen freien Tagen findest du ihn beim Skaten auf dem Tempelhof Feld. ;)
