The Tiny House is a project house (Community house) - we build it together with friends for friends. Idealy you are handy with tools, and can fix some small things inside and outside of the house.
The house has many windows, but aslo has a lot of hiden space. There is opendoor kitchen and composttoilet on the yard, the shower is around the corner in the comunity house from the church. As you can see it is an alternative living space for the big city like Berlin. With your stay in that TH you have an unique experince to be at beatiful place and meet cool ppl.
TH is located with three other units (two TH´s and one yurt) at a private property in Berlin. In the other units are friends of mine living - it's a kinda living collective, so it's importatnt to fit in to the group.
There is power, and a compost toilet, the water we get from a church around the corner.
The house is insulated, the interioure must be finished by you.
You´ll get some materials, though the idea is to keep is as simple as possible - since it´s an upcycling house.
Das Tinyhouse ist ein Projekthaus (Community House). Mit dem Haus bekommt ihr die Chanze an einem einmaligen Platz mit coolen Leuten zu leben!
Das TH verfügt über viele Fenster, gleichzeitig auch viel geschützten Raum.
Auf dem Platzt gibts eine Gemeinschaftsküche und Composttoiltette, die Dusche gibt es um die Ecke im Gemeindehaus.
TH steht mit zwei Weiteren THs und einer Yurte auf einem privatem Grundstück im Berlin. Die weitere Häuser und die Yurte sind bewohnt, es ist so eine art WG (Wohncollective) im Freiem. Ich bin auch ein Teil des Coletives, und bin regelmässig auf dem Platz. In meinem Tinyhouse haben bis zu letzt Freunde von mir gewohnt (Verena, und Dadu), nun suche ich eine neue Person die auf TH gut aufpasst. Wichtig ist auch sich mit dem Collectivel auf "der gleiche Welle zu sein" .
Das Haus ist gedämmt, es muss aledings Inneausbau von Dir zu ende gemacht werde.
Es werden einige Materialen bereitgestelt, jedoch da es ein Upcyclin House ist, muss auch als einfach als möglich (ohne große Investitionen) gehalten werden
Es ist mitten in Weissensee auf einem Verkehrsinsel, es gibt gute Anbiendung - man kann inerhalb von 10min mit dem Straßenbahn zum Alex gelangen

We share the garde, kitchen, toiltes, and the shower. Time to time we cock toghether, and hang out. So it's more then just a WG it's living project
