Ich bin Samuel 24 Jahre und suche für meine neue Wohnung einen Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer: Es hat einen Großen Wandschrank, in dem man eigentlich alles super verstauen kann. Ein 90x200 Bett passt auch in die Nische und ein Schreibtisch dahinter.
In der Miete ist alles inbegriffen.
Es gibt ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Couch und angrenzend einen Balkon. Die Küche bietet an sich alles was man braucht.
Ich selbst besitze leider nur sehr wenig Ausstattung. Die Möbel auf den Bildern sind noch von der Vormieterin alle. Falls du einen Kühlschrank besitzt, wäre es mega. Sonst kaufe ich einen 😃
Zu mir, Ich bin Krankenschwester und würde ebenso jemand begrüßen, der Berufstätig ist.
Geschlecht und Alter sind mir an sich egal. Ich suche jemand, der offen ist und mit dem man mehr sein kann als nur Mitbewohner. Also auch mal was zusammen unternehmen, was trinken oder zusammen kochen. Ich bin zudem auch ein offener und kommunikativer Mensch. Habe viele Jahre WG Erfahrung und es bisher immer genossen.
Vorab fände ich ein Video kennenlernen cool, weil ich nicht alle einladen will, da ich selbst erst am 03.07.22 einziehe. Aber wenn es gut passt, dann aufjedenfall ne echte Besichtigung vor dem Einzig.

I'm Samuel, 24 years old and I'm looking for a roommate for my new apartment.
The room: It has a large closet, in which you can really store everything. A 90x200 bed also fits in the alcove and a desk behind it.
Everything is included in the rent.
There is a shared living room with a couch and an adjoining balcony. The kitchen offers everything you need.
Unfortunately I own very little equipment. The furniture in the pictures is all from the previous tenant. If you have a fridge, that would be awesome. Otherwise I'll buy one 😃
To me, I'm a registered nurse and would welcome someone with a job as well.
Gender and age don't really matter to me. I am looking for someone who is open and with whom one can be more than just roommates. So do something together, have a drink or cook together. I am also an open and communicative person. I have had many years of shared accommodation and have always enjoyed it.
Beforehand, I think a video of getting to know each other would be cool, because I don't want to invite everyone since I won't be moving in until 03.07.22. But if it fits well, then definitely a real inspection before the only one.
Drop a hola in when you've read everything and a picture would be cool too.
