More information about me

Hello everyone,
My name is David, I'm 28 and originally from Monterrey, Mexico. I'm moving to Berlin to start my master's program at TU Berlin, and I'm looking for a long term room in a friendly flatshare.

A bit about me: I'm a Chemical Engineer with a background in Manufacturing. I currently work at Siemens in Mexico, and I'll be relocating once I start my studies. This isn't my first time in Germany. I did an exchange year in Freiberg and Nürnberg, so I already know the culture and what it's like to settle into a WG here. I've also lived in other cities for work, so I adapt pretty quickly to new environments.

Outside of work and studies I like staying active, whether that's the gym or just walking around a park. I enjoy spending time with friends, going to concerts, and trying out new restaurants whenever I can. Traveling is also something I try to make time for.

At home I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and generally easygoing. I like a WG where people can chat in the kitchen or hang out once in a while, but everyone still has their own space and routine. I speak Spanish and English fluently, and I'm currently working on my German, around a B2 level right now.

Looking forward to finding a place I can really call home in Berlin. Feel free to reach out if you think we'd get along.
