About the apartment:
The flat is located in Prenzlauer Berg area, 2 minutes walk away from U + S Schonhauser Allee and the tram station.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 guest toilet. You will be occupying one of the bedrooms living with me and one more roommate. The room comes as furnished.
Utility fees are included except wifi and electricity which we will split the cost each month. During winter, it was around 30 euros per person.
The room is being rented out as Artur (the owner of this room) is moving out to study abroad for few months, so further extensions nor anmeldung is possible.
About the location:
As mentioned above, the aprtment is 2 minutes walk away from the U + S bahn and the tram station. You can find everything from supermarkets to gyms, shopping mall, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Yet, it is not directly located in the main road so the street remains peaceful and quiet.
About the co-living:
Hi there, I’m Jiwon from South Korea who moved to Berlin about a year and a half ago :) I currently work in social media marketing and I guess you can call me a gym girl as that is my only hobby besides trying out new foodie places haha I mostly work from home or go to a cafe but will be out and about through out the day. I have a granny lifestyle so besides the weekends, you will find me in bed by 10😂 You can ask me about the best cafes in Berlin, nutrition and why I’m always late <3
The other person you will be sharing the apartment with is Tim, who is a medical student from Germany. He is also into gym, music and fashion :)
I am looking for a respectful, clean & communicative person who can cherish the house and create a homely environment together (not a party house).
