Hey everybody!
The room is about 25sqm with a balcony, the apartment itself is renovated and the room is empty but the rest of the apartment is already furnished (kitchen, cool bathroom, etc.)
Of course the Anmeldung is possible!
Located near Moritzplatz! Nothing better than living quite central in Kreuzberg, there's a Netto right around the corner, bars, pubs, etc., are also nearby and the Ubahn Prinzestraße its also a 2 minutes walk!
Now a bit about myself:
I'm Adrian (26) and I was born and raised in South America, specifically in Venezuela, I'm half French but sadly never lived in France so I don't speak jack shit of French (I've been wanting to learn for ages) I speak Spanish, English and German tho. I've been living in Germany for the past 9 years, I studied International Business & Management at the FH Münster but decided to continue my career in Berlin (best decision ever!!), I'm quite clean and I have over 6 years of experience living in shared flats, at my last apartment I was the main tenant so I know how everything works :)
I'm really into fashion, music and art, I also like to cook tasty vegetarian or vegan soul food (I don't have any problem with people eating/cooking meat tho), I consider myself a very open and tolerant person and love to travel and meet people from all over the world :)
I'm looking to share the apartment first with someone for around 1 year and we will see from there, I know its quite shit to ask this but it would be amazing if you are already working and earning a stable/high income because we need 3 payment slips, SCHUFA (request now) , Einkommensnachweis, etc, but, if you are still studying that shouldn't be a problem I guess if your parents able to provide an Elternbürgschaft and the respective documents as well!
