Room
A very spacious room with a balcony in Schöneberg NO ANMELDUNG. Sublet for 6 months probably, until the owner of the apartment comes back, for now she thinks she is returning this summer. You have a big room with a double size bed, big couch, table with a set of chairs, shelf and two mirrors. You also have a balcony with a table and two chairs. The shoe rack, clothing rack, drawer chest, small coffee table and the closet I will be taking with me. You would share the apartment with a nice Lithuanian girl, she is very into art and ceramics! You have a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen that is equipped with a fridge, freezer, 4 plate stove, oven and a washing machine.
The rent is 620 EUR monthly, all inclusive. The price for December 20th-31st is 240 EUR. The deposit is 600 EUR. No Anmeldung.
The location is very nice too, you have many U-Bahn stations (U7, U9 and U4 that takes you after one stop to Nollendorfplatz where you can change to U2, U1, U3) Multiple supermarkets, Prager Platz is a big shopping mall nearby. Neighborhood is nice and well kept.
Only female applicants, 20-30 years old.
No pets, smoking allowed in the balcony.
No Schufa (request now) needed. Include an introduction of yourself, and a picture or an Instagram/Facebook profile.
For now it’s likely I move out on the 20th, however this can change, therefore the move-in date can fluctuate. Of course, the payment would be reduced as well, depending how many days of December you would live here.
