we offer one room in a shared flat. The room is really cozy and beautiful, you'll have a stereo system, a desk, a couch and the balcony. i will make space for you in the closet. the whole flat is really big and clean with two bathrooms and a large living are as well as a large kitchen. youll be living in a nice and calm neighbourhood in kreuzberg. Just be sure you gonna be ok with climbing the ladder to make it into your bunk bed (to sleep there is great i can assure you). Oh one more nice thing: youll have a dimmable lamp. Youre flatmates would be Ria and Aycil - both super nice and easy going persons, working most of the time. Important for us would be that you keep the shared space as the kitchen, bath etc. clean. You'd have to pay cash but you can have a short term contract

wir haben ein tolles Zimmer zu vermieten. Es ist eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, Sofa, Stereoanlage, Schreibtisch usw. Die ganze Wohnung ist sanierter Albau, groß und schön und sauber. Es gibt 2 Bäder, du hast deinen eigenen Balkon und die Gegend ist toll - ruhig und zentral. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Aycil und Ria - sind super nett und unkompliziert und oft nicht da. Wichtig ist uns, dass du sauber und ordentlich bist. Du müsstest Bar bezahlen und würdest auf Wunsch einen Untermietvertrag für die Zeit bekommen.
